What materials do we use for our guitars?

A well-crafted guitar lies not only in its artistry but also in the delightful tonal quality it emanates.  A crucial factor in this is the wood that is selected in the making of the guitar.  We use a variety of high-quality tone woods and materials to ensure that each guitar is not only aesthetically pleasing as a piece of art, but also sounds and plays beatifully.  The tone woods we use Maple, Mahogany, Alder, Rosewood, Swamp Ash, Basswood and more.

How long does it take to build a custom guitar?

The time to build a custom guitar can vary depending on the complexity of the design, but it typically takes between 8 to 12 weeks from start to finish.

Can I choose the design for my guitar?

Absolutely! Because this is such a specialized artistry, customers may select the subject for the guitar, the type of wood used, and may choose from a list of components such as style of bridge/tailpiece, pick-ups, etc.  Due to the cost of materials to build a custom guitar, we do ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit up front on all custom orders.  We will work with you to bring your vision to life!
